Assessing & Tax Information

Welcome to the Town of Eddington, Maine’s Assessing and Property Taxes page. This section provides information about property assessments, tax billing schedules, payment options, and related resources for property owners. The Town is committed to fair and accurate valuation practices, transparent tax administration, and ensuring residents have access to the information they need regarding municipal, education, and county funding.

The Town of Eddington allows property owners to pay taxes in two installments. The first installment is due 30 days from the commitment date and the second installment is due the following March 31st.

PLEASE NOTE: Only one tax bill is mailed per billing year, so we encourage residents to retain their bill for reference. Interest will be applied to any unpaid balance beginning the day after each installment date.
