Welcome to the Town of Eddington, Maine’s Public Works page. This department oversees the maintenance and care of town-maintained roadways and related infrastructure throughout the year. Responsibilities include seasonal road maintenance, coordination of contracted services, and addressing resident concerns regarding municipal roads. The Town of Eddington provides winter and summer maintenance to all town maintained roadways. Questions, concerns, or complaints should be made to the Town Office at 843-5233.
Questions, Concerns, or Complaints for Routes 9, 9B, 46, or 178 should be made to the Maine Department of Transportation at 941-4500 (Bangor) or 843-5510 (Eddington).
All summer and winter road maintenance is contracted out. Winter road maintenance is contracted to Lakeside Lawn Care.
