Construction scheduled for summer, 2010. Highway resurfacing: Beginning at the Brewer-Eddington Town line and extending easterly 11.598 miles to a point 1.0 miles west of Chick Hill Road in Clifton.
After the new pavement is placed, no permit to open this segment of highway will be granted for a period of three (3) years except as provided in Title, 23, M.R.S.A. 3352.
