In 2008, the Town of Eddington received a $12,000 Implementation Grant Award to update its Comprehensive Plan and land use ordinances. In August of 2009, the Eddington Planning Board selected a consultant to help with this work. The consultant was chosen through a Request For Proposals interview process. The Planning Board chose Renaissance Planning Associates, composed of Bill Najpauer and Sarah Flaks, to help with this work.
From September 2009 to May 2010, Renaissance Planning Associates will work with the Planning Board to achieve the desired results of the Request for Proposal and thus the grant requirements. The Planning Board will hold regular workshop-style meetings that will be open to the public. All meetings will be advertised in advance, and all meeting materials will be posted online.
